I hear this from my customers a lot lately. Please note that NorthernPVC does not profit from shipping, we are an outlet for PVC fittings and not a courier or postal service. We have selected CanadaPost for all our shipping because they are the best price over UPS and Fedex for shipping within Canada. Because fittings are thicker then 1/2 inch they are shipped as parcels even if they go in envelopes, this is not NorthernPVCs policy this is Canada Posts policy. It is,however, our policy that if you are overcharged for shipping you are refunded the difference.
